Biography:

Angel was born and raised in Houston, Texas with his father being from Guanajuato, Mexico and his mother from San Salvador, El Salvador. Angel played for Houston Express (RISE) 92s, 93s, and 94s. He continue his playing career for Ranger College, where they won Region 5 winners, and was a part of the final 12 junior college teams in the nation. Angel also played at Wayland Baptist University, where he won SAC tournament & Conference Champions  with also being the final 32 teams in NAIA. Angel graduated with his degree of Exercise Science, and later with his Master’s in Sports Management. "Giving back, sharing the knowledge, spreading good vibes, guiding players by helping them find the motivation needed to achieve their goals on and off the field. It’s bigger than sports."  As a former player for this organization, Angel is excited to be a part of the RISE coaching staff.
