Lee started his career at Swansea before pursuing higher education, and he was captain of both his college team and regional representative team, in addition to being selected for the national team. He has been coaching soccer at all levels for more than 25 years. Prior to moving to Rise SC, Lee was a 1st team assistant with San Antonio FC (USL Championship) and MLS Next head coach in the Pro-Acdemy for the U17 & 16 ages. Before moving onto the professional side, he was a college coach for 11 years, most recently with the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (NCAA D1) where he produced 4 professional players and one MLS Draft Selection. On the club level, he has coached in 34 states in the US, as well as in Canada and the UK.
