After a five year hiatus from coaching, Dylan returns to coaching after spending that time with Insperity HR services teaching leadership to middle managers within their sales organization. Prior to that, he spent ten years with AHFC serving as an ECNL staff coach, Player Development Director, and the Girl's West Campus Director. Born in Houston, and living here since his honorable discharge from the US Marines Corps in 1993, Dylan has spent the better part of nearly 30 years coaching at the highest levels in the US. He is best known for his technical, possession based style of play and his ability to connect and teach a positive identity to youth players.
