Biography:

Coach Carlos joins the RISE SC staff from Ginga SC where he served as the Technical Director and Director of Player Development. Over the last 20+ years Coach Carlos played on the U.S. U20 and U23 National teams, competing in the Youth World Championships with the U20s. He also played in Major League Soccer for the Colorado Rapids, New England Revolution, Miami Fusion and the New York/New Jersey Metrostars.

Coach Carlos previously served as Technical Director, Director of Girls Development Academy and ECNL Director in Atlanta and South Florida. Prior to that, Carlos spent many years in Atlanta as Executive Director of Coaching for Atlanta Fire United Soccer Association. Carlos has his USSF A and National Youth licenses.

His connections throughout U.S. Soccer and the U.S. Youth System will add great value as he supports the development of our players and our coaching staff.
